Regional Sales Manager – This position(s) will be located outside of our Amherst, NY office and will be responsible for maintaining sales relations with our current customers in their respective area, as well as prospecting new customers. Designer/Drafter - This position works with our engineering department designing expansion control devices for a variety of structures including some well known buildings, bridges and sports stadiums throughout the country. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience working in techincal design or drafting and be able to read and interpret technical plans and specifications. Applicants should also have a minimum of an AAS Degree and good written and verbal communication skills.

Welders – Our welders work on the various components that go into the fabrication of our final products, this can be anything from basic support bars and brackets to intricate curb and slider plate assemblies. All welders and other shop workers must adhere to our strict environmental, health and safety rules as well as comply with our ISO standards. Applicants must have recent welding experience and/or welding training and certification.

Welder/Fitters – Our welder/fitters work with blueprints and close tolerances to assemble the final products that are shipped to our customers for installation in major bridges, highways and other structures around the country. All welder/fitters and other shop workers must adhere to our strict environmental, health and safety rules as well as comply with our ISO standards. Applicants must have advanced welding, fitting and fabricating experience and be able work as a team utilizing blueprints and other technical drawings to produce expansion control devices that are field installation ready.
